The Office of Intercultural and Diversity Engagement supports the mission of Carroll University by providing holistic support to cultivate a welcoming and inclusive campus community through meaningful interactions between individuals of diverse cultures, social identities, perspectives and experiences.
Campus Climate Reporting Carroll University is committed to cultivating and sustaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive living and learning environment for every member of our campus community. The Campus Climate Response Protocol advances this commitment by providing a mechanism by which individuals may report incidents of real or perceived bias, exclusion, or inequity and seek support through campus resources in addressing those concerns.
Health Careers Opportunity Program (HCOP) This program recruits high school, undergraduate, and graduate students from disadvantaged backgrounds into a comprehensive allied health and physician assistant education pipeline, retain them through graduation, and prepare them for primary care careers in underserved communities.
INSPIRE Program The INSPIRE Program is for students from partner organizations who are uniquely preparing students for college. INSPIRE Scholars receive individualized support, academic support, and sociocultural programming designed to promote their access, retention, graduation from college and leadership in their communities. This program is open to 40 incoming students each year.
Pioneer Bridge Program Pioneer Bridge high school to college orientation program for first generation and underrepresented students.
Pre-College Programs Helping our current students realize their true potential is at the heart of everything we do. We’re equally committed to younger students interested in learning more about college and providing them with the tools they need to prepare for the next step in their education.
Support Carroll’s mission of creating a campus culture where individuals know that they belong.
